E. Hull: Radiohead, Sigur Ros (but really, currently in a phase of disliking music)

What is happening around North Carolina that excites you?

Tracy: Homemade soda at Foundation in Raleigh,

NJC: Mobile food unit invasion, summer gardens, Neil’s Deli
E. Hammond: A renewed interest in victory gardens and keeping hens
What current projects are you working on?

We’re hoping to record again at the end of the summer with indie rock studio giant jerry kee of duck kee studios.

So is a photo of a band in front of a brick wall (c.f. http://www.rockandrollconfidential.com/hall/ ) still a cliche if it’s a performance photo of a band actually *playing* in front of an actual brick wall? Because in Durham, it’s damn hard to *find* a place to photograph a band that doesn’t involve a brick wall . . .

just checking that this link is live and saw ross’ post. yes, brick wall = cliche. and, oddly enough, the next night we played next the train tracks. this photo is mr. grady’s. used with permission?
